St. Alban’s PTA

All parents at St. Alban’s Catholic Primary School are members of the PTA. The PTA committee comprises of a voluntary group of enthusiastic teachers and parents dedicated to enriching and supporting the lives of our children.  We actively work to provide St. Alban’s pupils with additional resources, activities, trips and opportunities that enhance their learning and enjoyment of school.

As a result, we believe that St. Alban’s PTA committee plays an extremely important role in the life of the school and assists it in a number of ways.  Through the organisation and management of a variety of fundraising events during the school year; the Christmas Fayre, Summer Fayre and various discos, we seek to encourage parental involvement in the school and make links with the local and wider community.

We welcome and encourage new members to attend the meetings and get involved, to ensure that there is a breadth of representative opinions from all year groups and also to benefit from the talents and experiences of all our parents and staff.

Our meetings are held at 7pm in school and are open to everyone; they are informal and relaxed, with refreshments provided.  Dates of forthcoming meetings are published on the website.

If you would like any other information regarding the PTA, are interested in joining the committee or have suggestions or ideas about fund-raising, please do not hesitate to contact any of the PTA Committee or Miss Finnegan, the Deputy Head

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming new members.
