Our school choir is an integral part of our school life. Mrs Henry chooses well known songs from musicals and artists such as Abba and Beetles. The choir meet weekly on Wednesday lunchtimes for half an hour of practice. They perform at school assemblies and events. The choir also attend Tandy Court at Christmas and during the Summer to perform for the residents. We receive amazing feedback from the residents and they always ask when we’re coming back.

During practice, the choir experiment with percussion instruments including drums, shakers and tambourines to encourage the learning of rhythm.

The choir are usually split into 2 groups, one concentrating on harmony and the other on melody.
