SATs 2025

Welcome to the Year 6 SATs information page.

 

As your child approaches the end of their primary school journey, they will take the Statutory Assessment Tests (SATs) in May 2025. These tests assess their understanding of Maths, Reading, and Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling (SPAG), providing a measure of their progress before moving on to secondary school.

We understand that SATs can feel like a big step, but with the right preparation and support, your child can approach them with confidence. This page provides key information about the SATs, along with useful resources to help your child revise and practice their skills at home.

 

SATs Week Timetable

 

~ During SATs week, children will arrive each morning at 8.30am for breakfast together (including hot chocolate, toast and cereal). 

~ Tests will begin at 9.30am each day.
