Jubilee Year 2025

The Jubilee Year 2025 is a year of celebration, that will focus on hope, justice, and solidarity. The theme for the year is "Pilgrims of Hope". 

 

What is a Jubilee Year?

  • A Jubilee Year is a special year in the Catholic Church that happens every 25 years. 
  • It's a time to reflect, open up to God, and reconcile with others. 
  • It's also a time to stand in solidarity with those who are suffering from poverty, injustice, and conflict. 

What happens during a Jubilee Year?

  • We are invited to renew their hope and rediscover their spirituality. 
  • We are invited to take action to build a better world for everyone. 
  • We are invited to work together to create a kingdom of justice, peace, and love.
