Vocational Development
Pope Francis has said many things about vocations, including that they are a response to God's call and that they are a way to share God's love.
Pope Francis said ''Vocation as a response to God's call. It is about making God's dream come true. Vocation, more than our own choice, is a response to the Lord's unmerited call. God calls us in love and we, in gratitude, respond to him in love"
All Saints Day
Year 3 enjoyed celebrating the Feast of All Saints. We enjoyed discussing the lives of saints who inspire us. We then created tweets about our journey to sainthood thinking about how we want others to remember us.
Year 5 enjoyed researching the lives of saints who responded to their call to holiness from God.
Fr John came into school to speak to our Year 6 pupils about why he became a priest and his own personal call to holiness.
