Y6 have written some poems in commemoration of Remembrance Day.

Flanders Fields

We lay in Flanders field. As we lay in Flanders fields.

The wind the rain pass by as there we lie in the grass of Flanders fields now the sky can shine the birds can sing now we are amongst the grass of Flanders fields.

We are the dead.

Don’t worry now I will be with you know not how.

We were loved we had families but now we are in the grass of Flanders fields.

We are there and just remember life isn’t always fair.

Lest we forget
