October half term homework

This week, we have focused on 'Henry's Freedom Box.' You have all written some excellent pieces of work! Over half term, we would like you to create a box like Henry's. You can be as creative as you like, so use materials you have in your house. You could design the stamp for the box and address it to Philadelphia. Perhaps on the outside of the box, you could write reasons why slavery shouldn't exist.

Enjoy the break with your families and loved ones.

God Bless,

Wow! Another week in Year 3 is complete... Can you believe how fast it is going?

This week we have made a brilliant start to our Topic and over the next few weeks, we will deepen our understanding of the three main periods in prehistory. Can you remember them?

Over the past couple of weeks, in your English lessons you have been reading 'Stig of the Dump'.

This week, we would like you to write a review of the book so far.

What are you enjoying about the book?

What do you think is going to happen next?

Who is your favourite character?

You can email them to the year 3 email or tweet them!

Happy writing!
